Free Postal Entry
- You may enter each Competition free by post. No purchase is necessary. The free postal entry instructions will be clearly displayed on the relevant Competition page.
- In order to enter a Competition by post, you must first register for an account on the Website.
- Postal entries must be sent to: TrackDayComps.co.uk, The Old Vicarage, Cheadle Road, Draycott, Stoke-on-Trent, England, ST11 9RQ.
- Postal entries must be submitted in English.
- Incomplete or illegible entries will not be entered into the Competition.
- Your postal entry must include:
- Your full name
- Your postal address
- Your date of birth
- Your telephone number
- Your email address
- The title or clear details of the Competition you wish to enter
- The answer to the skill-based question (where applicable)
- Confirmation that you accept these Terms and Conditions (for example, by stating: “I accept the Terms and Conditions.”)
- Postal entries must be sent on a letter or postcard by first or second class pre-paid post.
- Each postal entry must be submitted individually. Multiple entries enclosed within the same envelope will not be accepted.
- Entries delivered by hand or posted through the letterbox at our premises will not be accepted.
- You may submit multiple postal entries to a Competition, but any maximum entry limit that applies to paid entries will apply equally to free postal entries.
- Bulk entries, automatically generated entries, third-party entries, incomplete entries and illegible entries will be rejected.
- Postal entries must arrive before the Competition Closing Date.
- Postal entries received after the Competition Closing Date will not be entered into the Competition.
- Free postal entries will be processed and entered into the Competition on the same basis as paid online entries. Each valid postal entry has exactly the same chance of winning a Prize as a paid online entry and will be allocated using substantially the same methodology and weighting.
- Each valid postal entry will be allocated a unique entry number, and confirmation will be sent to the email address provided.
- Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. TrackDayComps.co.uk is not responsible for postal entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged or not received due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
